Intensive lifestyle intervention for overweight and obese children is a health education and research project aiming at developing an educational video series to guide children on how to exercise and manage diet appropriately. The effect of the intervention was followed up continuously through return visits, and it will provide an paradigm for preventing and managing childhood obesity. As the creative director, my role is to develop educational materials and follow-up iterations based on audiences' feedback.
